Conway and the other 4th and 5th graders of Bethany Presbyterian Church led the Christmas Eve Service, as is the tradition. He read scripture, narrated the nativity production, and began the lighting of the candles. It's wonderful to see Conway and his peers stepping up into these leadership roles and being an integral part of the worship service.
And then back home, we made cookies for Santa and each opened one gift, as is also the tradition. Suits are still a very popular ask in our house.
