Multiple Sclerosis Society Gala

Every once in a while, the grown-ups in our house get cleaned up for a night out on the town. This time it was for a good cause - a disco-themed gala in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. So, we pulled out our gold and sparkly "disco" clothes and enjoyed dinner and dancing with friends while raising funds for research, programs, and services to fight MS.  

David: Coach of all the Teams

David is coaching Conway's baseball team and Monroe's t-ball team this year and everyone loves him! Best! Coach! Ever! A crowd favorite is when he gets the kids to say that one of the rules is to have "unbelievable discipline". Spoiler alert: they do not have unbelievable discipline.

Kinder Classroom Walkthrough

Monroe was so excited to give a tour of his classroom when Coe finally started letting parent volunteers in the building. Here he is with his checklist of things to include on the tour. That is one proud little guy!

Is the Best Part of Little League the Baseball or the Snacks?

Conway started AA baseball with Queen Anne Little League this year, which means that the first half of the game is machine-pitch and the second half is kid-pitch. The boys are still getting the hang of pitching and hitting off other kids' pitching, but they sure do love the snacks with their buddies after the game. And it's even better when they can talk us into walking over to Red Mill Burgers for lunch after that.
