Happy Halloween from our zoo to yours! Monroe the wolf, Conway the snow leopard, and Parker the raccoon had a great Halloween. We had dinner at the Johnson's and then headed out for some trick-or-treating. Not pictured: David the monkey and Treva the zookeeper. 😃

Monroe's First QA Soccer Season Comes to a Close
Monroe had his first real experience playing on a soccer team this fall and he had so much fun! It turns out this little lefty has some pretty good footwork, probably thanks to being schooled by two older brothers. After their last game, the kids got their very own medals with their names on them and Monroe could not be more proud.

Kraken & Oysters for Damian & Elly's Anniversary
Damian and Elly moved to Seattle just in time for us to celebrate their anniversary with them! We toasted to them being married for two years(!) by going to our first Kraken game and then with oysters on their new boat/home!
P.S. Damo Marries Elly!

Bainbridge Island for Pumpkins
We went back to Suyematsu Farms on Bainbridge Island again this year for pumpkins. It's pretty fun to take the ferry there rather than driving to the crowded farms in Snohomish. We wondered around the farm, collected a bunch of pumpkins, went out for lunch on the island, and then boarded a ferry to head back to Seattle. And of course the boys' favorite part of the trip was using their money to buy drinks from the vending machine on the ferry. Ha!

Go Sounders!
What do you do on a Saturday night after four kid soccer games? You go to a Sounders game, obviously! The level of play was a little better and a date night is always fun.

Soccer Buddies
They may not look like it in this picture, but Conway and Reid are SO excited to be playing soccer together. Reid has had his leg in a cast since he broke it at the beginning of the summer and he finally got the green light to play soccer!
