Aunt Elly and Conway have a bit of history making cookies together so one Christmas she gave him a kids cookbook, Kid Chef Bakes by Lisa Huff. He loves to pick things out for us to bake together and this time his brothers got into it as well. I found them perusing the cookbook together and they finally landed on making "No Campfire S'mores Bars". I couldn't find our square baking dish so we improvised with a pie dish instead. It was messy, not exactly beautiful, and over-the-top sugary deliciousness - exactly what they were going for.
