Wow! For a winter that we thought wasn't going to bring Seattle any snow, this was a doozy! When all was said and done we had about a foot, which is nothing compared to some parts of the country, but Seattle just couldn't deal. As is usually the case for me and snow, it was fun in the beginning, but by the end I was ready to see it melt. Assuming we don't have a big spring snowstorm (fingers crossed), Parker will be making up five days of cancelled school at the end of June, which is kind of a bummer. But we sure did have a blast playing in the snow and then warming up with hot cocoa.
