MLK Weekend in Suncadia

We spent MLK weekend in Suncadia with the Huey family again this year and had tons of fun in the snow. Just like last year, Tiff and I took the boys skiing at Snoqualmie, but this year Conway joined us for his very first time on skis! When I picked him up after his ski lesson he was less than thrilled with the experience, but after we spent a little time together on the magic carpet he said he had a great time. And of course the weekend was also filled with sledding, s'mores, and other little boy antics.

Big Boy Haircut

We finally decided it was time to get rid of Monroe's mullet. He looks a bit worried in this picture, but he did great and the new hair cut makes him look so much more grown up!

Goodbye 2018! Hello 2019!

We had an amazing new years in Seabrook with our good friends the Pannonis, Verhasselts, and Josephs at their house called The Big Chill. The Totten boys adore the big kids and were basically in 7th heaven the entire time. It was definitely cold, but that didn't stop us from getting outside to enjoy the beach, games of soccer and football, bike rides, and walks. We all had a great time, but as you can see from the pictures below, one Totten boy got more than his fair share of attention. No complaints here, though, because the more time the bigger kids wanted to spend with Monroe meant less time I needed to be the one entertaining him. And then it was time to come home and get back to the business of real life and making 2019 a year to remember too.
