We have a little bucket on our counter that we each get to put a treasure in when we make someone else feel good or "fill their bucket" as the book goes (Have You Filled A Bucket Today?). As a reward when the bucket is full, we do a pre-selected activity that the boys have been working toward. Our previous reward was a trip to the Museum of Flight, which was a huge hit. This time they selected a trip to Seattle's Great Wheel and we really couldn't have picked a better day as far as Seattle weather in December goes. Neither David nor I love heights, but the excitement and joy on the kids' faces made it totally worth it. And check out the beautiful view!
