Our family had a very merry Christmas! We woke up to presents followed by breakfast at our house in the morning with Grandma Dianna and Grandpa Terry. Then we drove down to Camas for "brunch" and present opening with the Jackson-Dean crowd. Parker is fully into everything involving Santa and Conway was pretty excited about the whole Christmas experience this year too. They both got what they asked for from Santa, a race car with a number for Parker and for Conway...cake! Yes, Conway asked Santa for cake with frosting. While I struggle with the abundance of gifts they get for Christmas, it sure is fun to watch them open a present and basically go nuts with excitement. I hope I never forget about the look on Parker's face as he opened a present and exclaimed "THIS IS AMAZING!!" Now, how to embrace that while also focusing on the real meaning of Christmas.
Happy Birthday Jesus!
{Conway was SUPER excited about the books Parker gave him}
{Yep, a saxophone and a trumpet in their stockings. Thanks a lot, Santa! :-)}

{Waking up from a nap is hard...but the cuddles are pretty nice}
