We had another reindeer sighting and this time it was inside our house! Parker said, "Look Mama. I'm Dasher and Conway is Blitzen" as they ran around the house making a strange screeching noise that according to Parker is the noise Santa's reindeer make. And the look on Conway's face is his go-to these days. It's the 'what's Parker doing because I want to do whatever that is' look. These boys!!

Swansons Nursery has a Christmas jack-pot for kids. Two reindeer (Dasher & Blitzen) and a camel that the kids can feed, an electric train set (which Parker could watch go round and round for hours), and Santa's sleigh. We also visited their fish pond and little playhouse before we finally got rained out. And the trip was made extra special because we met up for all this fun with our friends Finn and Reid. Definitely an outing worth repeating.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christmas Creek Tree Farm + SANTA!

 

We found our tree, David cut it down, and the boys got to visit Santa. Not bad for one rainy Saturday morning.

Philip Turns 6!!

 

Philip celebrated turning 6 with a Seahawks themed birthday party. This of course called for a football cake, yummy "concessions", a football piñata, and an impromptu football game in the street. Check out Parker's enthusiasm as he cheers on his fellow party goers getting after the piñata (which was set on a tree stand after it was knocked down without being knocked open).
