Maui for Platinum Club!!

 

David earned Platinum Club at Microsoft this year and the reward was a trip to Maui! The little boys split their time between their grandparents' houses in Camas while David and I got away for some sun and relaxation.

Victoria, BC

{Tea at The Empress Hotel}

 

Sarah and I took our mom on a trip to Victoria, BC to celebrate her retirement and it was a fantastic girls trip! The weather was beautiful, the food was delicious, and it was really wonderful to just spend some quality uninterrupted time together. We did a lot of walking around the city and the harbor it sits on, of course we had tea at The Empress Hotel, and we even took a tour of the surrounding area via a double-decker bus that the kids would have gone crazy for. Here are a few pictures (mostly taken by our resident photographer, Sarah), if you'd like to see....
